Mid-workshop demonstration of healthy breakfasts, lunches, dinner and snacks to inspire you to make changes. Then sit down and enjoy the great food made for you.

Lots of fun, lots to learn, recipes and meal plan to take away, apply yourself and share with others, helping create balance, optimum health, maximum energy for all.

Places are strictly limited to 8 so I can give you individual, personal attention. Minimum numbers required.

Please be flexible, we should finish for 4.30pm, but it may last a little longer! Eating great food can take time :-)
