As Spring approaches and nature enters a cycle of renewal, it's important to consider the effects that this transition has on our body. In this workshop we will explore this transition as we focus on releasing the stagnation of winter and celebrate the coming of Spring. The workshop will start with some cleansing Pranayama and a detoxifying Vinyasa practice. We will then take a break for tea and some coconut cacao bliss balls (packed with healthy fats, protein and healing herbs), all before moving into a grounding Yin practice with essential oils and massage. Allowing space to re-gather and re-generate as we prepare for warmer months.
