GB Climbing Coach Tim Cunnington has designed this 90 minute workshop to show you what is going on in your shoulders, explain the main reasons shoulder injuries occur and take you through his tried and tested, 5 step strategy to recover from injury and return to function!
You will discover which of your climbing muscles are tight and which are weak, how to use self massage & stretches to create better posture and how to activate those weak muscles that should be creating stability in your shoulders.
When: Registration will start at 10:00 for a 10:30 start.
