After the huge popularity of our first Jazz Night we are turning it into a monthly affair.
Come down and join to Interval for a night of Jazz!
From 9pm you can sit back and relax as FriNJE take the floor.
Monday 20th November
— FriNJE, the Friday Night Jazz Ensemble, are a collective of university students that, at its core, accentuate slick improvisation with classic big-band horn riffs that audaciously juggles with styles of traditional jazz, classic funk and currently-trending popular music. The band showcases a diverse range of music from inspirational artists such as Herbie Hancock, Ray Charles, Duke Ellington and James Brown. FriNJE are notorious for their flexibility in being able to provide relaxed jazz instrumentals for events that are more reserved by nature but are equally confident in playing up-beat, groovy jazz/funk tunes.
